Looking for a little cottage on the bay, this is the place for you! This is a bright and roomy air conditioned home on the western shore of theChesapeake Bay. Located in Port Republic MD between Solomon's Island and Chesapeake Beach just 30' from the water. Why drive all the way to Ocean City or Rehobeth when you can be relaxing on the water with just an average drive off 60 minutes from the DC area. There is a large kitchen to cook the crabs or rockfish that you catch off of the 400' fishing dock. There is a boat ramp if you want to bring your boat if you want to go out on the bay to fish. Your family and friends have 3 bed rooms, and 2 full bathrooms were you can comfortably sleep up to 7 people, but no more due to the stress on the septic system. 2 TV's with cable, DVD, VCR, non-smoking and an outside shower to clean up after a day on the beach. Go fossil hunting just a short walk up the beach on Calvert Cliffs and you can walk for miles. Our rental rate is $150 per day and $210 per day for holidays. There is a 75.00 cleaning deposit. If you leave the house clean your deposit will be returned, if not the deposit will be used to clean the house. Sorry no pets allowed. Bring your own liens and towels. Long term rentals considered, this location would be ideal for visiting employees of Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Dominion Cove Nuclear Point LNG or Calvert Cliffs Power Plant.
