Fantastic vacation home on the water with all the amenities of home ( fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable tv and air conditioning). This is a very convenient location to stay during any of the great Summer Time Activities that take place in Rehobeth, Lewes, Bethany and Fenwick Island. House is Located only 15 minutes from Rehobeth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Beach. Also only 15 minutes from all of the Shopping Outlets on Coastal Highway in Rehobeth. The house interior has been completely renovated and everything new within the past 2 years. The house has 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and is fully stocked with towels, linens, washer/dryer, pots/pans etc...... There is also a gas grill for cooking up some dinner at the end of a long day. The only thing you will need are your clothes and the desire to relax or have fun. House sleeps 8 in the bedrooms plus availability for 2 more on blow up beds. Master Bedroom has Queen Size bed.Bedroom #2 has King Size bed.Bedroom #3 has 2 sets on Bunk Beds.There are also 2 inflatable beds for a couple more. The house is located on a Canal that leads right out to Rehobeth Bay. Walk out the back door and you are 15 ft from the water. House has its own pier so you can fish or drop in some crab traps and catch some dinner. Our kids absolutely love this. Location: - near Rehoboth and Lewes Beach DelawareDistance from House to Rehobeth and Lewes beaches is about 15 minutes NO SMOKING ON ANY PART OF THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME Parking accommodations: Three off street vehiclesCommunity amenities: Large community pool and fitness center. There is a boat ramp in the community so bring your boat and pull it up right behind the house while you are staying here. SUMMER TIME RENTAL DETAILS: $850.00 per week with adherence to cleaning home rules. - Cleaning Security Deposit due upon making of reservation: $200.- Security deposit will be returned in full, if conditions of home & keys are returned as specified.- Guests are expected to leave the home in the same condition that it was when entered. Cleaning supplies are there, so that you can tidy up, before leaving; and the security deposit will be returned, as promised. - Leave it like you found it.- 60% of total rental cost plus cleaning deposit is due when reservation is made.
