Fantastic 180 degree views of the water from either the upper or lower front decks, living/dining rooms and the 2 front bedrooms. You are not starring at somebody else's dock at our HOME, simply a lovely view of the 28 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment while enjoying the huge boats. Off SEASON Rate is $150 per night, 2 night minimum During In Season, our home leas for $195 per night with a three night minimum. This cost permits two adults and as much as 4 youngsters under the age of 15. The cost for added grownups is $25 per night per adult. An example would be 4 grownups and 4 children under 15 would cost $245 per night or 6 adults for a cost of $295 per night. No greater than 6 adults max. Three hotel rooms in town would cost you over $300 per night and you would be a lot further than 25 feet from the water, nor would you have your very own dock to swim, fish or just relax on. Everything is consisted of. A $300 deposit is needed upon reserving the property. The reservation is not validated till receipt of your deposit. This deposit is refundable upon leaving the property and inspection. Personal check is appropriate for deposit, however cash, cash order or cashier's check is needed for rent upon check in. Debit and credit cards are declined. Please no animals are allowed in our house. Smoking inside the house is forbidden. Dates readily available are as follows:.
