We lease Sunday - Sunday for the weeks and Sun-Thurs or Thurs-Sun for the Mini-weeks. It can sleep 7 people in the bedrooms.Sleeping Arrangements:.-3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths.-Master: Queen Bed with TELEVISION and DVD.-2 nd BR: 2 Full beds.-3 rd BR: Day bed with a pop-up trundle that converts to a King or 2 different twins.-Living Room has a pull-out futon. -Very short 1 block walk to the beach.-Right behind Greene Turtle Restaurant on 117th St (Newport Bay Drive).-Recently remodeled with brand-new furniture.-Large Deck with southern exposure for sunset views.-Personal dock access at the unit so bring your boat and crab traps!-Large canal.-Outdoor pool.-Parking space.-Washer / Dryer.-Fully geared up kitchen.-Central Air.-No Smoking.-No Pets.-Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels.-Families just, we do NOT lease to students.
