Two bedrooms with king-size bed and full ensuite restroom with shower. Third bed room with 2 twin beds. 4th bedroom is a huge kids room with 2 complete beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds including backyard with video games and toys. Has Blu Ray DVD gamer and a VHS gamer with Disney motion pictures. Crib and kid bed available if needed. TELEVISION and Blu Ray in living space, in addition to a romantic electric fireplace for those chilly evenings. Towels and linens supplied. Washer and clothes dryer in unit. Gas BBQ grill on your own personal deck with picnic table and hammock for two. Modern and clean, smoke and pet free. Pool and jacuzzi exterior on lower deck. Boat dock for fishing, extra slip available for your boat. We have a personal boat ramp in our subdivision to introduce your boat or waverunner. Captain Ron's Bar and Grill is located across the channel from our home, likewise Pirates Cove and Pointe Oasis Marina for boat and waverunner rental. Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park minutes away. Osage Beach Outlet Mall and Bagnell Dam/strip about 25mins away. There are a number of wineries, golf resorts, and day medspas in the location. We are on the west side of the lake on Highway 5, simply previous Hurricane deck bridge on Lake Rd 5-61 (Standing Rock). Rates: $150 a night weekend, $100 a night weekdayBoat slip: $15 a night Minimum age of 21 required to lease Free endless WiFi Huge enough for household reunions/gatherings, weekend trips corporate/business accommodations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, girl/guy weekends If there are any, Pool, hot tub, and boat dock are shared with owners family and 3rd level occupants.
