Additional information about rental rates and reservations: * Add $75 for processing fee (which includes departure cleaning fee) * Additional fees include 12.75% for NC sales and county lodging tax * Add extra $25 per night for holiday weekend rentals * $250 refundable Security Deposit is required. It's usually returned in 7-14 days after checkout. Once my housekeeper verifies the cabin was left in the condition it was found (besides normal cleaning). * A Rental deposit $250 is required to make a reservation along with signed paperwork. This $250 rolls into your refundable security deposit once full payment has been received. * The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date or immediately if booked within 30 days of your visit. * Forms of acceptable payment are: Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order and Credit Card (Add 3% for credit card Service Fee) * Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED - Owner is highly allergic to cats and dogs.
