Sleeps 12Presidential Villa's at Plantation Resort in Surfside SC, just south of Myrtle Beach http://www.plantationresort.com/index.php I have a 3 bedroom 3 Bath with 1 Bedroom being a lockout which is a step up from a hotel. I will not be using the resort for 2014. Master has a king bed and whirlpool jet tub. Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds. Pull out sofa, dishwasher, washer and dryer on each side. The lock-out side has a king bed and queen pull out sofa, full bath, stove (no oven), dishwasher, washer and dryer, mini fridge, coffee maker, use of all pools (great lazy river and kids pool) and resort extras..shuttle to the beach every hour... about a mile from the beach. check out the website. $1500 0r best offer (Resort charges $1790). 1/2 due in advance and I will take monthly payments but must pay in full prior to your arrival date.
