It does have a 2 car garage & includes a nice golf cart with an AM, FM CD player and an air blower with the enclosure to keep you dry if it starts to rain in the middle of your golf game. This will get you around all the golf courses or down to the square for that free entertainment at the gazibo. This includes your utilities and cable and free golf at executive courses and all the ammenities you get at the villages. The price Dec. thru Mar. is $3300 per mo. or Apr. or Nov. $2200 per mo or May thru Oct $1500 per mo. or if you are looking for a yr lease we can make a deal.
