Resort Features.Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Indoor jacuzzi, sun deck, grills. All condo's directly face the ocean.2 parking permits are consisted of, 1 for parking at the resort and 1 for throughout the street. Atalaya Towers is an easy.5 mile walk to the Garden City pier.
