June 22-29th is still available. In the 80's this weekend. 1 week minimum lease period just! $1500/week - June. The cabin is found on the North Shore of Pelican Lake, near Pelican Rapids MN. It has a lovely southwest view of Pelican Lake, among the most desirable and popular lakes in the Detroit lakes/Pelican Rapids area. Our home is well decorated and well kept. The home contains two cabins. There is a primary cabin with a fantastic view of the lake and an added guest cabin located on the back of the home. The lower level of the main cabin contains a household location with a leather sectional, LCD HD TV, DVD Blu-Ray gamer a fireplace, a bed room with a queen bed, a restroom and a huge cooking area. The kitchen is equipped with fresh contemporary kitchen area home appliances. The room on the lower level has also has a TELEVISION and a sliding glass patio area door with access to a large deck where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful view of the beach and the activities of the lake. The cabin also has a watercraft lift available for an additional fee. Rental accessibility, even more information and pictures are offered at wwwcabinonpelicanlake.com. The upper level of te major cabin consists of two rooms and a household location. One bedroom has a full bed and a bunk-bed while the other bedroom has a queen bed. The household area includes a 40" LCD HD TV, a chair, a couch and love seat. This cabin was completely renovated in 2002 and it has a very cozy, cabin atmosphere with a Knotty Pine interior in both structures. A separate cabin on the back of the home contains a table with chairs, a small fridge, and a full bathroom (shower) on the lower level. The upper level is a big room with a queen bed and (2) futons and a TV. All beds (including couch beds and futons) are supplied with linens, blankets, bedspread and pillows. We also supply cooking area linens and bath towels. We do not provide paper products such as paper plates, napkins and towels. A practical 24 hour Laundromat, a Church, a general shop, marina rental center and restaurants are simply minutes away in Cormorant Village. Our Pelican Lake Cabin is surrounded by stunning trees with an unblocked view of Pelican Lake from the cabin. It is located 45 miles southeast of Fargo, ND, 12 miles north of Pelican Rapids and about 15 miles southwest of Detroit Lakes MN. You can take pleasure in sun bathing, swimming in the clear water or simply checking out a book on the deck in the shade. There are 3 terrific golf courses located within easy driving range. The Wildflower Golf Course and Fair Hills Resort are just 3 miles away and the Detroit Lakes Country Club is simply a 10-15 minute drive. For the fisherman, Pelican Lake hosts a large variety of fish consisting of Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass, Perch, Crappie and Sunfish. Cormorant Village and Zorbaz dining establishment are close by. There is a watercraft lift offered however no boat. Boat and Jet Ski rentals are available within 10 miles. The location provides lots of fascinating and enjoyable attractions. RENTAL RATES: Weekly leasings readily available: June $1500.00 / week, July & August $2000.00 / week.
