Netflix & surround noise in living room & outdoor speakers on screen porch.Lovely screened in porch plus huge deck w / brand name new big grill.cordless gain access to & cable television modem in downstairs office.dining room is all windows for scenic views.lots of trees for privacy.Indiana pt is off the freeway with woods in between the home & us 31.strolling distance to Northwood's restaurant.ice maker, fire pit w / a cord of wood, new seawall & sidewalk to dock, pontoon boat on lift, rail that drops dock, really sandy bottom & shallow for swimming & kids, huge cedar tree by edge of deck which serves as a wind shield on extremely windy days, dock has bench on completion of it & excellent fishing. Spare watercraft slip on dock for prospects, paddle watercraft on buoy, large amount of parking. This is a private cottage & never has actually been leased previously. It would be like living in a home i.e. totally equipped for lake living w / towels, food preparation, dishware, life vest, fishing things and so on .
