The property is adjacent to Ski Run Marina and Beach. The beach is a less than a 2 minute walk from the lobby. The marina has boats and jet skis to rent, and is the dock for the Tahoe Queen. Ski Run Beach has a superb view of the 4th of July fireworks that are launched from 2 barges on the lake. The property is 1 mile from Stateline, NV Casinos (Harrah's, Harvey's, Mont Bleu, and Horizon).Dining is convenient: Bear Moon Cafe is on the property. Riva Grill to the west and and McDonald's to the east; Red Hut, KFC and Chevy's are across the street. The reservation is for a 2 Bedroom Suite which is the combination of a Studio Unit (2 double beds, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette) and a One Bedroom Unit (King bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Family Room with Kitchen). This includes free parking including valet parking and there are no additional taxes or fees. Tipping is up to you. I also have a Studio (2 twin beds + bathroom + kitchenette) for $750 for June 28-July 5.
