We invite you to consider booking with us at VRBO 501391We recently completed a stunning remodel of our 800 sq ft 2 bdrm condo in Silverthorne, Colorado. We are pleased to now make it available for short-term rentals directly through us. You will find our condo beautifully furnished and exquisite as one of the property managers commented. Our rates are competitive, ranging from low season $100 to $195.Silverthorne is in the heart of Summit County and central to many popular ski areas:Keystone (10 miles); Copper Mtn (14); A-Basin (14); Breckenridge (17); Vail (28). The photos are a photography-hobby courtesy of our son, Steve, who helps us with the management. We interviewed 10 cleaning companies before deciding on a company with very high standards.Our condominium is newly furnished and sleeps up to seven. Each of the two bedrooms has a new queen bedroom set and an independently-controlled 36" Led TV. Our queen sleeper has a high quality mattress and we have a new foldable twin size bed as needed. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled, one with a tub/shower combo and the master with a shower/ bench combo.Our living room is a nice open area with a dry-stacked stone fireplace, comfortable sofa, two recliners, 46" Smart TV with Netflix, Dvd/Cd player and free Wi-Fi. There is also a collection of card and board games for your enjoyment. A courtesy firewood bundle is provided for each guest party.Knotty alder cabinetry, doors, and trim provide a custom look with rustic and a mountain-spirit charm. Everything is new, top-to-bottom, including triple-pane windows, stainless steel appliances, furniture, and carpet. Our kitchen is fully equipped with over and under-cabinet lighting and our dining table seats 6-7 persons. There is a locking ski locker just out side the front door. We designed this condo to fulfill our personal as well as guest needs. We treasure it as our "home-away-from-home."Our amenities include the use of a multi-level clubhouse with 2 fireplaces and spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the mountain ranges. You'll find a heated pool, and 3 hot tubs, all serviced regularly. You may want to also enjoy to enjoy a dry sauna, racquetball, fitness room, large arcade, beverage & snack machines, and, when not reserved( eg.,wedding receptions, etc.) a large upper-level lounging center with television and full kitchen privileges. There is elevator service to the top lounging and viewing area. Parking is available in front of the clubhouse,however, it is a short walk from our condo.The following are nightly rental rates: Jan. Special $125; Peak Ski Feb 14-Apr 6 $195; Spring Ski Apr 7-Apr 30 $145;Low Summer May 1-Jun 30 $85; High Summer July 1-Sept 2 $120; Low Summer Sept 3-Oct 31 $85.Note: 10-12% weekly discounts; refundable security deposit required; 5.775% Lodging Tax; $60 cleaning fee(waived with 5 or more nights).
