Our Cabin Weekend Rates (Fri & Sat) are $170 per Night Stay for an optimum of 5 guests that includes any children. Cabin Rate for Weekdays (Sun-Thurs) is $160.00 per night. Extra Fees include $25 charge for a One Night Stay (if applicable), Additionally $25 per additional visitors staying in the Cabin; a $40 Cleaning Fee; 9 % Lodging Tax, and a $50 Security Deposit could be needed at owner's discretion. Added Base Rate for 30' Yurt is $50 per day for 5 guests & add $15 per person per day for 6 to 20 visitors. Rates go through change prior to Confirmation of your Reservation. The Cabin kitchen is completely equipped with pans, dishes & pots, refrigerator, electrical stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and accouterments for many meal making desires. There is a queen bed in the downstairs room and 1-twin and a queen bed in the loft. The living space has 1-twin futon. The Cabin has a full-bath with a Tub-Shower and Screened-In Sitting Porch. There is a telephone and CD/FM/IPod Stereo. No TV or mobile phone protection other than Verizon. We also have a WiFi Hotspot signal for Internet Access in the Cabin.Personal Phone at Cabin.show contact info. The rate includes use of the Sauna and outdoor showers (weather condition allowing) in the Communal Bathhouse and use of the outdoor Camp Kitchen. The Cabin and Yurt are non-smoking and we ask that you leave your shoes at the door, so you may wish to bring some house/yurt slippers.If you plan utilizing the Sauna please supply your very own additional towels for sitting on the benches. You could book the Cabin with opening nights lodging which can be refunded by cancellation 30 days prior to booking. Here's our Policy for Dog Security concerns:.We require a non-refundable $50 deposit for each animal along with the contract of their owners to take full responsibility for any damages in the cabin, out-buildings or gardens, and to use a plastic bag to pick up dog deposits any & every where on the property and location the shut plastic bags into the metal garbage can outside the Camp Kitchen.We likewise request you keep your dog off all beds and home furnishings in the Cabin and keep them under your individual control when outside the Cabin so they will not wander ignored. This is also for their security. And lastly Dogs may never be left unattended on the home.
