3/2 Cabin Centrally located in Incline Village. 2 blocks from the Championship Golf Course. WIRELESS INTERNET. T.V. in all rooms. Mountain Decor. Brand New Windows. Fully stocked kitchen. Games, Books, etc. for families. We have taken pride in making this a home away from home for our family. Lots of backyard space for the kids to play (no cars, noise). Our backyard (2 steps down from our deck) opens up to a forest area. Our kids love playing in this area. 2 Queens and 2 Double beds (sleeps 8 comfortably). I have a wonderful group of BABY/KID SITTERS (some are CPR certified) of course based on availability. We provide beach access, beach chairs and umbrellas from costco (in great condition), sand toys, etc. for the summer. Beach Pass to Incline's Private Beaches. Winter: just minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. We have sleds and a great open space area in our backyard for kids to play in the snow. SCROLL DOWN TO THE VERY BOTTOM TO SEE PICTURES!! I also have 2 ski instructors available for private lessons. One is a ski team instructor. Based on availability. Much cheaper than paying thru the ski resorts. Rates: $160 per night. Plus $125 cleaning fee. Holiday rate $185 a night plus cleaning fee. All rates include all fees/taxes. No hidden costs that rental company's charge. We were on the rental market up here for years and many of our return renters were tired of paying all the extra fee's. We have an excellent rental history and keep the price fair so all can enjoy!
