Groceries, coffee shops, a nice park, and running/biking trails are a short drive or bike ride away.Special features are a large living room, sleeping for 8, a very large 1/3 acre backyard, patio and a 2 car garage/Sleeping arrangements are: master bedroom with king bed; 2 bedrooms with queen bed; 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. So, a total of 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.We have wireless internet and washer/dryer.Terms:-- $4,000 rental fee for June 21 - July 2, 2012.
