RENTAL IS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. ONLY TWO WEEKS LEFT THIS SUMMER:. - AVAILABLE AUGUST 9 to AUGUST 16. - AVAILABLE AUGUST 16 to AUGUST 23. This summer season home is tidy, cute, and little (500 sq. ft.), with cathedral ceiling throughout (wooden rafters & wooden roofing boards exposed & painted white), and a big window-seat facing the water. It was developed in 1955 (w/a minor restoration in 1992 after Hurricane Bob) and is the 3rd home constructed on this lot. (The very first two little summer residences were blown away by hurricanes - the very first in '38, the 2nd in '54. All 3 were constructed by the exact same individual. He truly got it right by the 3rd time he developed.). - It has 1 small MBR with a double bed, and a fold-down single twin bed above this double bed. This space has to do with 7 ft. x 10 ft. and has a low sloped ceiling. - It has one small bunk space with 2 twin beds, one above the other. This room is also about 7 ft. x 10 ft. and has a high sloped ceiling. - The living room (image) is about 15 ft x 17 ft, not including its 8 ft long (7 ft high) window seat. In the living space, a futon couch develops into a double bed. - It has just one tiny washroom, with only a shower (no tub). This space has to do with 4 ft x 6 ft . -The kitchen is also small - a galley kitchen area - about 6 ft x 10 ft. No dishwasher, 1950's components, home appliances & counters. All spaces, other than the living space, have the wall framing exposed and repainted. There are two outdoor decks on the home: one dealing with east and south (images) - connected to the residence (10 ft x 15 ft deck); one facing west and south - connected to shed (8 ft x 8 ft deck). And there's a stone outdoor fireplace, which we utilize as the outdoor grill. The property is covered in wild roses, as is the lot to the west (dealing with Ned's Point Lighthouse.).
