Our home at Southern Pines in Bonita Springs, Florida is available to rent. It has 2 BRs, 2 Baths,, LR, DR and Kitchen. It also has a front lanai, a side lanai, utility room and covered carport.. Both lanais have sliding vinyl windows and screens. The house is completely furnished and has everything needed to move right in.Southern Pines is a Five Star, 55 and over, gated community located in Bonita Springs, FL which is between Fort Myers and Naples on the gulf side of Florida. It has a elegant clubhouse with eveything from offices to a large activities room, kitchen, library, card playing room, pool table room, and a large veranda that overlooks outside activities of swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, and a practice putting green. The photo on this page will change every 5 to 10 seconds.The park office requires that if we rent our homes, that it must be for a minimum of 3 months or longer. Rent is $1700.00/month for each of the first 3 months, and $1100.00/month for each additional months. A $600.00 security deposit is required and it will be refunded in full at the end of your stay if the house and contents are in the same condition as when you arrived. We, the owners of the house, will pay the electric bill which includes central AC and heat, the water and sewer bill, and we also pay the parks lot lease which comes to just under $400.00/month..Basic cable TV is included with your rent. Additional channels are available but they must be ordered thru the park office, and the renter is responsible for all charges involved.We are sorry, but no pets are allowed, and all must be non-smokers.
