The Little House is located on Orcas Island in picturesque Crow Valley on a 25-acre farm. Open from March 14, 2014 up until October 31, 2014. The cottage was included to the initial Milk House in 1944. It is now totally recovered to the initial fir floor. Features consist of a chandelier, school residence lights and other vintage design. It consists of a cooking area with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hot pot, (tea and hot chocolate provided), dishes, microwavable glassware and utensils. In addition we have books and films, an armoire with a pair of cozy fleece bathrobes. We offer towels, a queen size bed, and a hairdryer. For warmth there is an electrical fireplace and wall heat. The washroom features a shower, marble top vanity and lots of drawers. This home is appropriate for a couple of adults.No smoking and no pets please.Not wheelchair accessible. Rates.Nightly rates are $175 plus tax per night with a 2 night minimum. We will accept a one-night browse through, if there is an area on the calendar. An extra $25 fee will certainly be added.We do not take credit cards, however accept deposits by check. Last payment is requested in money. 50 % deposit holds your booking with the remainder due 15 days prior to your arrival (or remainder in money only). Washington State taxes. 15 day notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. Please call us to examine availability.
