The Little House is found on Orcas Island in beautiful Crow Valley on a 25-acre farm. Open from March 14, 2014 till October 31, 2014. The home was added to the original Milk House in 1944. It is now completely restored down to the initial fir floor. A new basalt patio area and table have actually been included this winter, so now you can delight in a snack or drink just outside your door. Functions consist of a chandelier, school residence lights and other vintage decoration. It consists of a basic kitchen with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot pot, (tea and hot chocolate provided), dishes, microwavable glassware and utensils. In addition we have movies and books, an armoire with a pair of comfy fleece bathrobes. We supply towels, a queen size bed, and a hairdryer. For warmth there is an electric fireplace and baseboard heat. The washroom showcases a shower, marble top vanity and lots of drawers. This home is suitable for a couple of adults.No smoking and no animals please.Not wheelchair available. Fees.Nightly rates are $175 plus tax per night with a 2 night minimum. We will certainly accept a one-night browse through, if there is a space on the calendar. An added $25 cost will be included.We do not take credit cards, however accept deposits by check. Final payment is asked for in cash. 50 % deposit holds your booking with the remainder due 15 days prior to your arrival (or remainder in money only). Washington State taxes. 15 day notice of cancellation to receive a complete refund. Kindly contact us to inspect accessibility.
