2 story home upstairs deck has great tree top view of mountains. Home borders on 35 acres of forest with pond,stream,and meadow. Big flat driveway. No air conditioning needed. Get out of the heat and smog of the valley. About one hour from Fresno. Sattelite TV. Washer dryer inside. Very spacious with floor to ceiling windows overlooking forest.You bring Sheets,pilow cases and towels and food and drink. Everything else is up there. Pots and Pans,dishes and silverware, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, TV and DVD player also hooks in to I phone for music. 2 beds sleep 4, upstaiars couches sleep another 2 comfortably. Some futons can sleep a few more on the floor.I have several weekends in Oct available Most of the weekdays are available for $125 night, 2 night minimum. Call for more infoWeekends are $175 a night, 2 night minimum , $350 for the whole weekend. Check in anytime Friday and leave late on Sunday, that almost 3 days. You need to get me a $100 deposit to hold it. I can take paypal or you can mail me a check. I am a private individual so I can't do credit cards. On the other hand there is no "booking" fee. No non refundable cleaning fee like the property managment companies in Shaver. You leave it clean and you get your $100 back.Call me or reply to this ad.
