The restaurants, shops, and nightlife of the Town of Winter Park are only a brief walk away. The complimentary ski shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes throughout the ski period and stops right in front of our house. Benefit and comfort are all yours. Our 1300 square foot home is expertly cleaned and features three bed rooms, including loft, and 3 full washrooms. 8 can be easily accommodated. Down comforters top the beds, and you have a choice of percale or flannel sheets. The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, a personal door to the deck, a TV, and a private complete restroom. Room # 2 includes a queen bed and a nearby complete restroom. Both beds have comfy, pillowtop bed mattress. The spiral staircase causes the loft where there are two twin beds and a personal full restroom. There is a brand comfy and new queen sofa bed in the family space with relaxing flannel sheets and a fluffy, warm down comforter. All bathrooms consist of hair clothes dryers and thick, oversized towels. After an active day, you can soak your muscles in the clean, oversized, jetted tub. Imagine, drawing your own hot tub, fresh, at your preferred temperature level ... or you can enjoy the eucalyptus cleaner. Unwind in the family room with vaulted tongue and groove pine ceiling and be warmed by the moss rock gas fireplace. The door to the deck leads you to a gorgeous view of forest and the sounds of the hurrying creek. Storage area is provided in the mud room. Mountain bikers - this is a prime area for you. There are over 100 tracks and a lift on the ski slope designed for mountain bikes. Golf players - Pole Creek, Headwaters, Grand Elk and Grand Lake golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive. Fishermens - World course fly-fishing on the Colorado, Williams Fork, and Fraser Rivers - less than an hour away.
