With a 40 ft dock and 10 ft walk-in/walk-out beach area, you can fish, swim, or simply delight in the view and unwind. The big open layout and walls of windows provide an intense scenic view of the lake, which lies just 35 ft from your front door. Due to the soothing, household oriented nature of our house and area, please note that we DO NOT permit huge social events(bachelor, wedding event receptions, college graduation, reunions, etc).
