Our gorgeous 3Br / / 2Ba townhome sleeps up to 6, and is located on the mountain at Quail Run. The Qual Run units are clustered around a personal cul-de-sac, making this lodging option a lot more like a personal residence than a holiday rental. It is very quiet and tranquil as it is off the main street. Our condo is extremely open and intense with good views of the mountain from the upper balcony. This system is extremely large and around 1600 sq. ft. It really well designated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a fireplace trimmed out in lodge pole want. The upstairs living/entertainment space is completely separate from the rooms. It is completely geared up with a total kitchen area, dining area, three flat screen tvs, DVD dryer, washer and gamer, all necessary linens ... and a hair dryer. The master bed rooms, with its linking master bath, has a king-size bed, the 2nd room consists of a queen, and the third bedroom consists of a bunk bed that sleeps 3. The unit also has a one-car heated garage, and plenty of storage area for skis. Found nearby to the free shuttle, it is a short bus ride to the base of the silver and the mountain Bullet Gondola. This device is not a time-share and has been lovingly cared for and preserved. Quail Run is extremely quiet, as greater than 85 % of the systems are owner busy year round. This device is only one of 3 located in the building. Steamboat Springs is understood for wonderful skiing, hot mineral springs, and a lively Western environment. Shopping, dining, and night life are year-round attractions. Winter season provides snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and a mountain with more than 100 downhill tracks and 20 lifts. Summer provides white-water rafting, championship golf links designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Keith Foster, and even more than a million acres of wilderness in Routt National Forest for hiking, horseback riding, biking, and fishing.
