Enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe. Family owned vacation home is well appointed and maintained. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with large deck. All linens, firewood, and snow removal included. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Cuisinart, coffee maker, mixer, toaster oven and is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and cooking staples. Washer and dryer too! There's a large kitchen table that can seat 8 comfortably. TV w/VCR/DVD in the living room; fireplace as well. (No cable service.) One bedroom has double bed, one has two twin beds, and one has two trundle beds. The house sleeps a total of 8 people. One bath upstairs has tub/shower combination, other has shower. Half bath is downstairs. For winter, it's 5 minutes from Diamond Peak at Incline ski area and Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. 20 minutes from Mount Rose or Northstar ski areas. For Summer use, it's 5 minutes from Incline's golf courses, private beaches (we supply permission slips for renters to purchase day passes) and 20 minutes from Sand Harbor Nevada State Beach. $175/night plus $150 cleaning deposit (unused amount is returned). Also available for monthly rental for June or July at $2200/month + weekly cleaning fees. Email or call 650-302-XXXX. More photos and other information available upon request.
