Come stay at the Dean Way Chalet! It's a 3-level getaway cabin in the middle of the Sierras, but a fast drive and a lot more mellow than Tahoe. We are now booking for spring and summertime vacations! We have sleeping space for 13+, a gorgeous deck, soaring trees, a devoted ping pong space, a chair lift swing, and more! Free wifi, cable television with on-demand films and shows, books, puzzles, video games. Book early and protect the very best dates. The cabin belongs to heaven Lake Springs neighborhood, which offers 2 private lakes with lifeguards, a pool, play ground, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong, complimentary kids' camp every day, swim and tennis lessons, arts and crafts for children, "cubby-bear" time for the wee ones, and outdoor motion pictures every Wednesday and Saturday night in the summer. There's a delicious dining establishment-- the Snowflake Lodge-- right in Blue Lake Springs, and numerous other enjoyable restaurants in town. Of course, the cabin has a Weber grill and a fully-equipped cooking area, so there's no have to eat in restaurants if you do not wish to. Up the mountain you can find Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Spicer Reservoir, Bear Valley, Lake Alpine, and more. In the fall, do some Calaveras wine-tasting, play golf, fish, hike, bike ... In the winter season, hike, play in the snow and go skiing at Bear Valley-- a super-fun, family-friendly resort that has exciting runs even for the innovative skiers.
