The back part of this property overlooks the lake but is situated high above it giving neat views. There is a set of steps leading down to the lake if you are interested in a workout. Lots of wildlife live in the area so you never know what you might see.If you are interested in fishing or boat rentals there are several striper guides that use Alligator 2 marina which is 12 minutes from the property.The home has a large stone fireplace in the living room for a cozy fire this winter. It has 3 bedrooms and a 4th sleeping area in the basement. It has 3 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom. The basement has a large finished area and a complete home theater. The screen is 12 feet by 10 feet.I have 3 honda atv's on site and they are available to rent by the day. Im offering a winter rate of 75.00 per day per atv.Take advantage of our winter rates from Jan 2014 until March 15 2014. The house can be rented for 180.00 per day sun through thur and 200.00 per day on fri and sat.
