The wide-water view (250 ft of coastline) of the lake includes sees of the Roanoke River channel, Hickory Cove, and Smith Mtn. Privacy from neighbors. The lake is unwinding and subtle yet there is plenty to do ... swimming, boating (rentals readily available), kayaking, fishing, golfing, shopping ... or simply hanging out in the hammock or rocking chairs on among the two 50-ft porches (one evaluated) ignoring the lake. Five bedrooms quickly accommodate 3 couples (2 queen and 1 king BR) and 6 kids (4 twin beds + bunkbed in other two BRs). 1500 SF of porches, including 800 SF of evaluated porch with wide-water sees, plus drifting dock. Pictures of the look ats, the home, and rooms are readily available. Added $100 cleaning fee. Jet-ski and boat lifts are available for an additional charge. Slope of lot is gentle. Lot and house is wheelchair "friendly" for those with unique requirements.
