Off the front outdoor patio you have stunning mountain views as well as a peek-a-boo view of the river (which is a mere 300 yards away). This property boasts a big driveway with lots of watercraft and car parking. We even have a fantastic off-roading location (OHV Legal) behind the community with tracks leading all over the Mojave Desert. The neighborhood has many facilities readily available to you as well, a personal beach, consisting of covered gazebos and a BBQ location, horseshoe and basketball location. This is a spick-and-span house, the bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bed room has a queen and the 3rd room has twin bunk beds. The home has one restroom that has a full-size tub and central air/heating throughout the house. The living-room is extremely roomy with a 40" flat screen and lots of couch room to relax. The kitchen is in terrific condition with fully-functioning devices including a Keurig coffee machine and Margaritaville Blender for your enjoyment.
