There is a boat launch to lake Granby within 2 miles and we are about 2 miles from the Idleglenn staging area for snowmobiling and ATV riding. The completed part of the Grand View cabin is 2106 sq. feet. Your house has three levels. Your house has a total of 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, a washroom and utility room upstairs. The primary floor has a living-room, kitchen area, restroom and dining area and the downstairs has 2 bedrooms a washroom and additional living area with a pull out sofa. It rests 10 people with-in those 4 bedrooms and pull-out sofa. There is a gas fireplace found downstairs in the living area. There is also a wonderful deck where you can, grill and consume on the outdoor patio set or unwind while taking in all of the stunning views of lake Granby and the mountains. This house has everything you would need to delight in a perfect stay. The living space on the primary floor has Comcast Xfinity TELEVISION and there is a 2nd living area downstairs with a wall mounted tv and a DVD player. Safe Xfinity cordless Internet gain access to is offered throughout your home. There are queen beds in all bedrooms. Your house is stocked with bath towels and all beds have linens so you don't require to bring them and each room carries its own theme. The kitchen area is completely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, silverware, glasses and everything you need to prepare at home. The home appliances are all first course.
