Home was totally remodeled with your convenience in mind to include all brand-new furnishings, new wood floors and tile in the bathrooms. Incredible 180 degree views of the water from either the upper or lower front decks, living/dining rooms and the two front rooms. You are not starring at another person's dock at our HOME, just a beautiful view of the 28 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink while enjoying the big boats. Our house leas for $195 per night with a three night minimum. This rate permits 2 adults and as much as four kids under the age of 15. The cost for added grownups is $25 per night per adult. An example would be 4 adults and four kids under 15 would cost $245 per night or 6 grownups for an expense of $295 per night. No greater than 6 adults max. 3 hotel rooms around would cost you over $300 per night and you would be a lot farther than 25 feet from the water, nor would you have your very own dock to swim, fish or just relax on. Everything is consisted of. A $300 deposit is needed upon reserving the property. The booking is not validated till receipt of your deposit. This deposit is refundable upon leaving the property and examination. Individual check is acceptable for deposit, but money, money order or cashier's check is required for rent upon check in. Debit and charge card are declined. Kindly no animals are enabled in our house. Smoking inside the home is forbidden. Dates available are as follows:.June 22 with July 2.July 21 through July 30.August 4 through August 15.August 16 with August 24 Shootout Week.August 25 through August 31.September 1 with September 30 is all open.
