Shootout Poker RUN is Friday, August 22 and leaves Backwater Jacks at 10:30 am, so they will be dropping by your home at about 10:40 am. WHY in the world would you really want to miss this! Right here is a little information on our Vacation Rental at the Cano Cottage:. Magnificently designed 3 bedroom/2 complete restroom Sunrise Beach, Missouri Vacation Home available for you to lease for the week or weekend (4 night minimum / 5 night minimum for Holiday weekends). Home was entirely remodelled with your comfort in mind to include all brand-new furnishings, new wood floors and tile in the restrooms. Amazing 180 degree views of the water from either the upper or lower front decks, living/dining rooms and the two front rooms. You are not starring at somebody else's dock at our HOME, just a stunning view of the 28 mile pen of Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage while viewing the big boats. Our house rents for $195 per night with a three night minimum. This price allows for 2 grownups and as much as 4 youngsters under 15. The expense for additional adults is $25 per night per adult. An example would be four grownups and four youngsters under 15 would cost $245 per night or 6 adults for a cost of $295 per night. No greater than 6 adults max. Three hotel rooms in town would cost you over $300 per night and you would be a lot further than 25 feet from the water, nor would you have your very own dock to swim, fish or just unwind on. Everything is included. PLUS you are FRONT ROW for all the ACTIVITY !!!!! A $300 deposit is required upon reserving the property. The reservation is not confirmed up until receipt of your deposit. This deposit is refundable upon exiting the property and inspection. Individual check is acceptable for deposit, however cash, cash order or cashier's check is needed for rent upon check in. Debit and charge card are not accepted. Kindly no animals are allowed our house. Smoking inside the house is forbidden. August 16 with August 24 Shootout Week FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM for Shootout Week.
