Great deals of docking available for boats or other boat. Outstanding swimming from the dock or from the beach! Home sleeps 11 (2 bed rooms in main home plus a removed cottage, 2 of the bed rooms have bunks with doubles on the bottom and a single on the top, one bedroom has a double bed, there is a double sofa bed in the living room, and a futon on the enclosed porch for additional resting). There is a full restroom in the cottage and a 1/2 bath in the bungalow. There is parking for four cars with just a few steps down to the home. Close to Hammondsport dining establishments and summer activities. The cottage is fully stocked with linens, dishware, and food preparation devices. Cable, utilities, and wifi are included. There is likewise a gas grill, fire pit, and lots of outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. There is a window a/c to keep you cool. You will totally unwind in this home. Take pleasure in the lovely foliage this Fall. Three wineries are within 5 miles (Heron Hill, Bully Hill, & Dr. Franks). Rent is $950 weekly in May, June, and after Labor Day. Holiday weeks are $2200 weekly. All other weeks in July and August are $1950 each week. The home is offered up until the end of October. This cottage rents quickly.
