Check-out time is 10:00 AM on Friday Dec 26th. 2 BEDROOM WITH 2 BATHROOMS. RESTS 6 COMFORTABLY AND SLEEPS 8 MAX. FULL KITCHEN AND WASHER DRYER IN UNIT. Rate is the total cost - no added taxes or charges. I also have a three night weekend with check-in on Friday 12/19 for $990. In addition, I have other ski weekends in Dec '14 & Feb'15. As a Bentley Brook owner, who has remained at Bentley Brook 15+ times over the last 5 years, I am happy to respond to any questions about the resort. I take a non-refundable booking deposit of $100 via PayPal. I'll put the booking in your name and Wyndham will certainly email a copy of the booking to you once I receive the deposit. When you get the booking verification, balance of the rental rate is due. Need to be 21 and have legitimate credit card to check-in. Resort will take a refundable deposit of $150 for charges to room, far away phone use, and damages. Photo ID likewise had to check-in and must match name on reservation. Bentley Brook is a non cigarette smoking Resort. No pets. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday 12/19/2014. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on 12/26/2014.
