Brand new hickory hardwood floors, beautiful rock gas fireplace, and Oakley Stone double door entry. The in ground heated pool is a sprawling 18x40 with diving board and brand new locking auto safety cover. The deck is colored and stamped and seats 20 with a large pottery barn market umbrella as well as a retractable awning over the picnic table and a pergola with wisteria vine. There is a double sided propane gas stainless steel barbecue grill with side burner big enough to feed any size crowd. The grounds are nicely landscaped complete with timed auto sprinklers as well as timers on the pool equipment for carefree enjoyment during your stay. All lawn and pool maintenance provided by owners who live close by and are available to answer any questions or help with any issues or concerns you may have. The 2 car garage is fully finished, freshly painted and floors epoxied and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. There is also an RV space for your bigger toys. Basketball and hoop in the driveway for added recreation and fun. Close to water park, amusements, shopping, movies, restaurants golf and all the city has to offer such as zoo, museums, farmer's market, sidewalk cafe's and boutique shopping.
