Just 5 minutes. flight to primary street. 10 to 15 minute walk to main st where all the action is. 1 room basement for rent. Has game room, living room & big bathroom. See all the pictures uploaded. Will sleep 4 people. Bedroom has actually bunk bed set up lower bunk is full size upper bunk is a single size however we do have extra bed mattress to put in the game space area. Have to be decent as we live in a nice quiet neighborhood. We want people that are going to stay at least 7 or even more days. We usually charge $100.00 per person per night however will provide discount rate on 4 or even more staying 7 or even more days. Contact us with how many in your social event & dates of stay we will offer you a cost. See images. No smoking. No partying. Respectable & accountable occupants just. Rental contract & non refundable deposit prior to arrival.
