This charming 2 room home is located on the shores of Lake Erie, in Erie, PA. It lives in the quaint domestic area of Eaglehurst, secluded from touristy, high traffic locations, however in strolling range to clubs, restaurants, a roller skating rink ... and the remarkable Waldameer water and entertainment park. You will have access to the community beach, simply a 1 minute walk from the cottage ... along with a 5 minute drive to the coastlines, treking trails, boating, and fishing on Presque Isle peninsula. Available is your own big bedroom with 2 queen beds and a personal bath, plus share the parlor, kitchen area, sitting backyard, deck, and space. Your space INCLUDES BREAKFAST and a boxed LUNCH daily for each guest. The queen airbeds are brand-new, self-inflating, squeaky clean ... and you can adjust the firmness or gentleness of each mattress to your taste with the touch of a button, making them rather comfy ... as well as being able to adjust the temperature of each side of each bed separately ... again, with the touch of a button. NO BEDBUGS in these beds. The parlor, with its beautiful knotty yearn ceiling is huge, airy and open, with great light for reading, working, or unwinding. There you will discover the warm fireplace, a diner table/chairs, TV, DVD gamer and cordless net ... and a sofa bed that's yours to enjoy, to see TELEVISION in bed ... even over night. A few of our guests considerably value having the parlor after hours for themselves for tv, talking, checking out, etc, while the children are stashed in their room ... something you cant do at the motel. (If you like, you can go to the red box internet website, find your leading 5 titles, let us know exactly what they are, and if offered, we will certainly have them waiting for you in the parlor, 1 for each night of your stay.). We are most offered from Fridays to Mondays. Monday to Thursday nights are considered mid-week, and if available, rates might be greater. Mondays and Thursdays are more readily available when they fall around holiday weekends. Due to our schedules, some Monday mornings require an early checkout at 9 am, so these Sunday night stays are slightly discounted. In many cases, there is a 2-night minimum for songs and doubles. Please inquire within to see if your desired dates use. Our "grand opening" pricing has actually now been extended through June 30, 2014. Inquire about several nights and numerous individuals as the rates for such fluctuates. We currently provide a special rate for families with up to 2 kids under 11. Open all seasons. We can accommodate your vehicle and boat or trailer with off street parking. Pictures are of our home, your room, the parlor (guests delighting in the warm fireplace), our beach at different times of the year, and our sundowns ... a various one every night.
