The bedroom has a complete closet and a queen-sized bed with extra pillows. The living space, with views of the mountains, has a new couch sleeper and an HD flat screen TV with DISH 200 network. The totally renovated cooking area has a complete sized refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and granite counters. The bathroom has been completely renovated. There is cordless internet, on site coin laundry centers and off street parking. There is no smoking cigarettes within, however smoking is allowed in the yard. No animals, happy. A $300 down payment is needed together with a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Summer Rate (May-September): $400/week, month rates negotiable.Winter season Rate (October-April): $500/week, $1600/month.Offered for 2015 Gem Show: $700/week $2200/month.
