The optimum occupancy is 4 individuals in this condo. The huge porch overlooks the wonderfully preserved courtyard and on Friday and Saturday evenings you have a front seat view of the fireworks from Clayton's Beach Bar which is right next door. Across the street you can visit the Sea Turtle Rescue Center, the Birding Center and the Civic Center. THIS IS AN AWESOME LOCATION !!!!! Cable TV, WIFI. You have to be 24 to make reservations. All guests must report to the workplace and sign in. Feb 24 - May 23 $100 Daily; $600 Weekly-- Easter/Semana Santa Apr. 12 - Apr. 20 $175 Daily; Weekly $1100 Min. 3 night stay. May 24 - Sept 9 - $120 Daily; $720 Weekly-- Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend $175 Daily. Sept. 10 - Feb. 23. $85 Daily; $500 Weekly. $1500mo.ALL RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PAYMENT MUST BE A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK.CLEANING FEE: $60 non refundable one time cleaning fee.If canceled within 30 days of arrival there is NO REFUND.
