It is week #21 at Tanglwood (memorial holiday week) you can use that week or always transfer to another resort for the week of your choice. But. You are always guaranteed week #21 at Tanglwood. My children are adults now and we have a another summer home. So we never use this anymore. I will sell for $1.00. That right. $1.00. New owner must pay lawyer fee to get deed transferred. I do have all maintenance fees paid to 2014. Maintenance fees are about $400-$450 per year. Not a bad price when you consider it is a holiday week. Hotel prices are up for the holiday and tourist season starts. You can also exchange your week for a week at another resort. Such areas as Fla,OC Md ,Hawaii or anyplace where you would probably spend a week vacation. Hundreds of places to choose from!!most hotels charge well over $200 per night ($1400.00 week) for a hotel.
