The building is very secure and is equipped with a state of the art audio video security system; you can actually see from the apt the person ringing your bell at the building entrance.The apartment is very spacious, beautifully furnished with gleaming white walls, decorated with colorful artwork and a lovely kitchen. There are 2 extra sleeper sofa available.Cable television, IP World box with over a hundred international television channels, wireless internet, electricity, gas and water are all included in the price of the sublet.The building has a laundry room, Clean sheets and towels will be provided, and a weekly housekeeping service as well.During your stay, the owner will be available for questions via email and Skype.
