The Walk on University Drive is also walking distance away. Buses down the block on University. Also some of the best schools in Broward County are in Coral Springs & Parkland. At the end of the rental term all appliances, household items, and bed and bath items are to be cleaned and returned to their original condition after use. Sheets need to be washed and dried, floors vacuumed and mopped from all hair and debris, toilets free from grime, garbage thrown out, dishes put away, surfaces and kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out, etc. If condo is NOT kept up and items missing, a small fee from security deposit will be taken to hire a cleaning person. Your clean and sanitary compared to my clean and sanitary may be two different things entirely. Rental is to be returned to the original state you found it in because other people need to rent and want sanitary conditions also, especially if they have allergies and certain conditions that make them sick.**NO PETS.** Once a month the exterminator comes on a schedule set up by the development to keep the condo free from Florida pests.
