This is a hard to find 2 bedroom condo that will sleep total of 8. Has partial kitchen and fireplace. Master has 1 king bed, second bedroom has 2 doubles then 1 double sleeper sofa in living area. I can cancel and forfeit the exchange fee but it's too good opportunity to let go. We have visited Santa Fe many times and there's so much to see, not to miss mentioning the nearby Ski areas. Just to compare the value of this unit, Hotels.com are listing 1 bedroom, 4 people for $1877 for these dates. You would be treated as a Guest, no hidden expenses other than a refundable deposit at check in and NO 'Timeshare Presentations' ! We will require a $600 non refundable deposit in form of Cashiers check at time of booking and the Guest pass in your name will be mailed to you as proof that this is a valid transaction.
