I have a lovely completely furnished downtown one bedroom house that I'm interested in renting for the 4th fest, Arts Fest, summer season commencement, or any occasion weekend. It's steps away from the shuttle to the stadium and strolling distance to all of the cafes and restaurants downtown. It's a really spacious one bedroom with a queen sized Tempur-pedic bed and a couch with chaise in the living-room. Also I have a complete sized blow-up mattress with pump. There's a big kitchen area and full-sized, but somewhat little refrigerator. There is wifi and fresh linens, kindly bring your very own towels. Next to the Atherton Hotel, but the price is lower, it sleeps 5, and has a kitchen area. Wood floors, lots of art, great location to hang out. I'm requesting for $400 for Friday and Saturday night. The rate is $200 a night for two nights, or $175 a night for 3 nights. When you get in as the rest and a deposit when you head out, I'll ask for half of it. Thanks for the interest!
