No Cleaning or Booking fees ! $400 gets you the entire weekend, 2 nights and 3 days. $200 deposit you get back if cabin is left as you found it.The lake is like glass right now, very calm and peaceful, I had deer in the yard this morning. Cozy cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One king bed and one queen bed. couches sleep 2 more upstairs. Perfect for a family of 6 or so. Open floor plan makes this a great place to hang out. Living room and large back deck are upstairs giving you great views of the forest and mountains. Cabin is adjacent to 35 acres of undeveloped woodland. Walk to the pond or meadow behind it. Large flat driveway for parking your boat. All you need is sheets, a pillow case and a towell. You need to bring food if you want to cook. Everything else is there. The pond is full of hungry little catfish,great if your kids want to catch fish. Sizable trout have been planted in Shaver lake. All cabins in the area are on 1/3 acre so you are not crammed into a bunch of houses or condos. Trails in the back lead to the 35 acres. No cleaning or transaction fee. All you need to do is get me a $200 deposit to reserve it. That is refundable if you leave the cabin like you found it. Kitchen has oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave,trash compactor, toaster,coffee maker,blender, popcorn maker and more. Living room has good stereo to plug your i-pod into or play cd's. Nice old school big screen TV with DVD player too. Outside are chairs and table and gas BBQ. $400 for Friday and Saturday night, two night minimum. you can arrive anytime Friday and leave around 5:00PM on Sunday so thats almost 3 days Call Bruce for more info 559-730-XXXX
