2 blocks north or Sherman Ave. in downtown Coeur d'Alene. This unit is on the third floor, and has a view of the CD'A Resort, and the lake. This unit is absolutely beautiful with modern furniture, and a nice floor plan. It still looks and smells new! It is 2200 sq. ft. with a very open layout. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a one car garage on the bottom floor (not attached to the unit), two decks w/ views, full laundry and kitchen. It sleeps four adults in beds, and can fit more on the floor or couch. Everything downtown is within walking distance, with a lot to do. Restaruants, shopping, dancing, pubs & bars, the lake, parks, and even a gym that is about a block away. The price is $200 per night on regular nights and weekends. $300 per night on holiday nights and weekends (and Ironman too). $75 cleaning fee, and $500 deposit. A portion of the deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remaining deposit upon arrival. This can be negotiated, because I realize that this is Craig's List, and people worry. Deposit returned in full after inspection of property during departure. We are local, and can meet you before departure. Rates are negotiable depending on dates. Special rates can be given for longer stays. 5 plus nights, and the cleaning fee will be waived. Please email or call for available dates. Absolutely NO pets or smoking!
