It features an unique 2 room cottage loadeded with natural light and has wonderful scenic views of Power Island, West Bay and Old Mission Peninsula. There are queen size beds in each bed room in addition to baths on each level. Sliding pannels supply privacy for the 2nd floor bedroom neglecting the living space. A fould out sofa in the living space provedes space for 2 even more. The staircase causes a bridge on the 2nd floor that links the master bed room to the sky lit bathroom and walk in closet. The laundry is found in the basement. Although a mere 5 minutes from downtown, the large shaded yard facing the water, provides personal privacy that appears further away. The place is literally surrounded by northern destinations; wine tasting is within walking range as is the ski, bike & hiking path that goes to Traverse City and beyond. There are a number of light houses to go to. The home has West Bay gain access to with a little beach and fire pit. Boating from the beach and using an existing mooring ball are available. Power Island, visable from the cottage, is a favorite boating destination. There are many close-by parks and beaches also. You can prepare meals in the totally geared up kitchen or barbecue out on a large deck neglecting West Grand Traverse Bay. After supper, unwind, drink some wine and view the moon rise over the beautiful ever altering water. This home has actually been showcased in Traverse The Magazine and Northern Express paper along with other publications.
