It's that time of year again, come see nature bloom in an upscale country home This place is a truly beautiful home with a large deck with a BBQ and a breathtaking view of mountains and the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course We are right down the street from one of the most well kept secrets of the locals in our area which is an Amazing Lake, River and Recreational park with Trails, Bike Paths, Basketball, Tennis, kayaking, Swimming, Fishing, BBQ and even Playground for children . Forget about the touristy spots on the beach that require paid parking and destroy the tranquility of nature with the hustle and bustle of others around you. More Pictures of the Park at the bottom of my AD ` We are happy to be renting the top half our 3 story home. You will be renting the top half which includes 3 bedrooms 2 bath. We have a full kitchen with just about everything you need to cook a homemade meal along with a cozy wood fireplace, a luxury Cedar Sauna, and a ton of new movies including many brand new releases that just came out on DVD. Enjoy over 20 new releases from 2012-2013 on our very large family couch. Please note you are not renting a full 5 bedroom home for 200 per night. The owner's son maintains property in exchange for rent on the first floor which is a separate unit from the upstairs. This allows us to save you money with no cleaning fees as well as deposits. This Home is over 2000 square feet with a huge driveway and separate entrances Our home is located on the Tahoe paradise golf course and just 10 minutes from all the action. Festive atmosphere and down to earth vibe you can't go wrong and the price is right at just 200 per night all fee's included except for pet fee.
