One bedroom is used as an office with a comfortable single Bed. It sleeps 5 persons.This 1600 sf home has a 2 car garage and a long driveway with more parking potential. However no RV parking is allowed.We have great amenities including:Access to the Payette River for fishing etc...A fire pita jetted bath tub in the mastera stereo sound system in and outA great variety of DVD'sA big screen TV with many movie channelsWi Fi with strong signal.The available dates are 31 July to 30 August. However if someone wishes to arrive on the 30th of July, let us know and we can be flexible. If someone wishes to rent it for Labor Day, we can be flexible there too.Rents for $200/night, with a weekly rate of $1200 (7th night free). Security Deposit is $500, with $100 that goes toward the cleaning fee, and $400 that is refundable.
