Rent this beautiful top of the line Fuzion 400 40' fifth wheel by the day or at a discounted weekly rate. This fifth wheel has a master suite with closet, dresser, full queen bed with a pillow top mattress, two queen bunks in the toy hauler area, a queen sleeping loft and an inflatable queen bed folding out of the loveseat. The master has a TV/DVD for private viewing while the main room has a large flat screen complete with surround sound and DVD. The toy hauler area also has a TV and DVD player. The RV is equipped with TRAC Vision satellite TV and Dish Network programming. The RV also has a custom outside stereo and TV combo professionally installed by Mobile Innovations. The RV is stocked with basic cooking essentials as well as utensils and plates. 1 set of bedding is included in the master suite only, all other persons in the RV must have their own bedding. There is also a Camp Chef BBQ with griddle for breakfast cooking or grilling steaks. If there is a special item you require please feel free to inquire as many special request can be accommodated. This RV has two AC units to keep you cool in the summer. If you have any questions concerning availability or you are seeking further information about this RV please feel free to contact me. Rates 200.00 Per night1000.00 Per week500.00 Refundable damage deposit100.00 cleaning fee if the trailer is not returned in the same condition as it was dropped off. Half the total rental is due as a down payment (June, July, and August are non refundable)Rental includes delivery to any camp ground in the immediate area surrounding Wenatchee, instruction on RV systems, set up, and pickup. Delivery and pick up outside Wenatchee is $1.50 per mile. We will be happy to meet you at the campground of your choosing 7 days a week. You are responsible for the RV reservation. Insure the space is large enough for a 40' RV with a minimum of 30 amp hookup (preferably a 50 amp hookup). We will not leave the RV in a site that is too small or where it may be damaged by low hanging trees.
